Working with Individuals

The first step in the process I use to address your biggest concerns is getting to know you, learning your stories, and helping you figure out what is going on in your life that is causing you pain. Throughout the process, I will support, encourage, and challenge you, providing tools and techniques that can help you become more of the person you want to be — and to start living the life you want to live.

I have extensive experience working with people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, toxic work environments, and codependence. I also work with individuals who are dealing with:

  • Relationship Issues
  • Coping Skills
  • Grief
  • Self Esteem
  • Mood disorders

I enjoy working with adults of all ages and I am especially interested in the impact that family of origin, life choices, and experiences have on identity formation and on relationships. I often work with adults on marital and couples issues as well as the impact of addictions, divorce, parenting, caregiving, and work.

I also like working with young adults, helping them to formulate their path, and to make choices that are in line with their values and who they want to be.

I enjoy helping older adults address work changes, decisions about retirement, and concerns such as the providing care for a spouse.
